When will you hear from us?

Delivery timescales: 2-8 working days (excludes weekends)

  • Dispatch notification: A text message from Parcelforce to notify you of your expected delivery date
  • Morning of delivery: A text message from Parcelforce, giving you a 1-hour delivery time-slot

Royal Mail orders will not receive any carrier updates. Depending on the item you order, we'll either send it through Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Royal Mail is typically your smaller items (Basin wastes etc.), whereas Parcelforce will be for items such as taps etc.

Delivery is calculated based on your delivery type, your postcode and the size of your order. The size of each item can be found on the product information page, and the size of your order is displayed at checkout. Here's a quick example below:

Delivery to remote areas

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the more remote parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will require a higher delivery fee. If you live in a remote area, you can easily check whether we’re able to deliver to you. Simply add products to your basket and enter your postcode at the checkout.

What happens if you miss your delivery?

If you’re not in when our courier attempts to deliver to you, they’ll leave a calling card for you to arrange a free delivery at the next available time.
