Whether you’ve placed your order or are considering placing one, we understand that when you’re likely to receive your order is important to you. Because of this, we’ve created some delivery guidelines to help answer any questions you might have (and so you know when to start getting excited about your new bathroom products arriving!).
All products are delivered on weekdays, between Monday and Friday. Within these timescales, there are several delivery options you can choose from.
Delivered to your door within two – eight days (excluding weekends).
If you live in the UK mainland and spend over £199 you'll qualify for free standard delivery.>
The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
We’ll send you regular email updates on your order. The courier will send you email updates too, as well as a text on the evening before delivery. Although the text won’t give you a time slot, it will let you know within 24-hours when your products will arrive.
Depending on your order’s size and your delivery postcode, items will be delivered by one of the following couriers -
- Parcel Force
- Royal Mail
Please note, the text message service is not supported by Royal Mail, and if you live outside of the UK Mainland you will incur additional delivery charges.
To make sure we can contact you, enter your delivery address and contact information correctly at checkout.
Choose your delivery day at checkout.
This service is offered through our delivery partner, DX. They’ll send you regular email updates on your order, and a text on the morning of your delivery date.
We’ll send you email updates too. So, keep one eye on your inbox.
Order before 12pm and get it delivered the next day (excluding weekends).
The cost for Next Day Delivery depends on the size of your order and delivery postcode.

Pick up your order from soak.com three-hours after you’ve placed it (excluding weekends).
Choose your collection date at the checkout and we’ll make sure your order is ready. Once you’ve checked out, we’ll send you an email reminder with your collection date - after all, an elephant never forgets.

If you’re considering placing an order and want to see when your order will be delivered, simply add the relevant products to your basket and enter your postcode at the checkout. Will someone help with carrying extra-large items?
Yes, for extra-large items we’ll carry this into the ground floor of your home for you.
Delivery to remote areas
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the more remote parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will require a higher delivery fee too. If you live in a remote area, you can easily check whether we’re able to deliver to you. Simply add products to your basket and enter your postcode at the checkout.
We will make sure you’re kept up to date about when you can expect your order to be delivered. You’ll receive a series of emails from us, including:
- An email confirming your order has been placed
- An email confirming your order has been processed and is being picked from our warehouse
- An email once your order has been picked, ready to be delivered to you
If you’ve not received any emails and you’ve placed an order, it may be worth checking your junk folder in case your confirmation emails have ended up there.
What happens if you miss your delivery?
If you’re not in when our courier attempts to deliver to you, they’ll leave a calling card for you to arrange a free delivery at the next available time.
Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands have higher delivery fees too.
