Delivery to remote areas
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the more remote parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will require a higher delivery fee. If you live in a remote area, you can easily check whether we’re able to deliver to you. Simply add products to your basket and enter your postcode at the checkout.

What happens if you miss your delivery?
If you’re not in when our courier attempts to deliver to you, they’ll leave a calling card for you to arrange a free delivery at the next available time.

FAQ
Do I need to have a PayPal account?
Yes. Choose “PayPal Credit payment” under the “select payment method” option on the billing page.
You’ll be directed to the PayPal website, where you’ll need to create a PayPal account and fill out a short application.
Once approved, you’ll be sent back to us to complete your order.
What if I’m unsuccessful when I apply?
Decisions over the success or failure of an application sit entirely with PayPal.
If you’ve been declined, PayPal will email you with information about why your application was unsuccessful. If you were denied credit, you can still use PayPal to check out securely with your bank account, debit, or credit card.
I can’t find PayPal Credit as a payment option
Make sure you have at least £99 worth of goods in your basket.

Can I make a phone order and apply for PayPal Credit?
No. PayPal credit is only available online.
Can I still return the item(s) I bought?
Of course. Just return as normal and we’ll refund the money to your PayPal Credit account.
Once funds are returned to your PayPal Credit account, the credit will be available to you as part of your limit for all your future PayPal Credit purchases, including future instalment offers with us.
