    Order tracking with DX Delivery

    Nominated Day Deliveries can benefit from order tracking on the day of delivery.

    You’ll receive a text the morning of delivery with your tracking link, allowing you to check where your delivery team are on a map with an estimated time of arrival.

    Delivery to remote areas

    Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the more remote parts of Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. Delivery to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will require a higher delivery fee. If you live in a remote area, you can easily check whether we’re able to deliver to you. Simply add products to your basket and enter your postcode at the checkout.

    What happens if you miss your delivery?

    If you’re not in when our courier attempts to deliver to you, they’ll leave a calling card for you to arrange a free delivery at the next available time.
