Track your order
Firstly, check your inbox. You’ll have received an email from us telling you which courier your order is with. Once you have that you can choose the correct courier below.
Lastly, enter your tracking number (and postcode if your delivery is with DX) to view your order status.
It could take one-to-two days for your tracking information to be live after you’ve received your email.
Please note Royal Mail does not allow you to track your order.
